Cheveley Park Stud's STAR AHOY (GB) (Sea The Stars {Ire}) is a William Haggas-trained son of G1 Coronation S. and G1 Falmouth S. second Infallible (GB) (Pivotal {GB}). He is thus a full-brother to MG1SP dual G2 Summer Mile victor Mutakayyef (GB) and kin to G1 Falmouth S. heroine Veracious (GB) (Frankel {GB}) and G3 Prix de Flore victrix Intimation (GB) (Dubawi {Ire}). The March-foaled homebred is opposed by 10 in a heat which last year witnessed the 'TDN Rising Star' performance of unbeaten G1 Derby hero Desert Crown (GB) (Nathaniel {Ire}). Desert Crown's Sir Michael Stoute stable is represented by King Power Racing's once-raced homebred Hosanna Power (Ire) (Frankel {GB}), whose half-brother Mildenberger (GB) (Teofilo {Ire}) placed five times at Group 2 level.

He is confronted by 10, including Rabbah Racing's hitherto unraced Chesspiece (GB) (Nathaniel {Ire}), who is a €100,000 Arqana October graduate and son of G2 Badener Meile winner and G1 Grosser Dallmayr-Preis second Royal Solitaire (Ire) (Shamardal).
